This page exists to answer the questions a cautious client asks before signing — so you don't have to ask them.
THE MODEL
Fixed scope, fixed price, dated milestones.
Every engagement starts with a scope document that names what is being built, what is explicitly not included, and the date each milestone is due. That document is what we quote against and what we deliver against — not an estimate that drifts as the work reveals itself.
If something outside the agreed scope comes up during the build, it gets written down and quoted separately. It does not get absorbed silently into the timeline, and it does not appear as a surprise on the final invoice.
MILESTONE DEMOS
What a milestone demo looks like.
Each milestone in the scope document ends with a working demo, not a status update. For a design milestone, that's a reviewable Figma file. For a build milestone, that's a deployed environment you can click through — the same code that will ship, not a mockup of it.
The demo date is fixed at the start of the engagement and tracked on your project dashboard. If a milestone is going to land late, you hear about it as soon as we know — not on the due date.
HANDOVER
What handover includes.
At the end of the engagement, you receive everything needed to run the product without us:
- 01Repository access — full ownership transferred, not a read-only export.
- 02Credentials — every account and API key the product depends on, handed over cleanly.
- 03Architecture document — how the system fits together, in plain language, for whoever maintains it next.
- 04Runbook — how to deploy, roll back, and diagnose the common failure modes.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
How payment works.
Invoices are issued against milestones, not on a monthly retainer basis and never as a single payment up front. A typical engagement is split across the scope, build and handover stages.
Every invoice carries a 7-day payment term and can be settled by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or by card, UPI and netbanking through Razorpay. We are not GST registered, so no GST is charged; TDS may apply under Section 194J where relevant.
